A company is looking for an Underwriting Manager for Conventional & Agencies.



Key Responsibilities:

Supervise underwriting functions across conforming and government channels, ensuring compliance with regulations
Manage team performance, provide mentoring, and support recruitment efforts
Assess and refine underwriting workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


Required Qualifications:

Over 8 years of experience in mortgage underwriting or lending
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or a blend of relevant experience and education
In-depth knowledge of underwriting policies and investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA)
DE and SAR certifications are required
