A company is looking for a Counsel, Legal & Compliance to support compliance, regulatory affairs, product development, contract management, and claims handling.



Key Responsibilities

Become the expert on insurance policies and provide guidance on claims trends and coverage insights
Monitor insurance laws and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external partners and provide legal guidance to internal teams


Required Qualifications

J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to, and good standing with, at least one U.S. state bar
2-5 years of relevant experience, including familiarity with insurance and claims handling
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to professional growth
