Represents company interests in formal and informal legal proceedings, including federal, state or local judicial, or dispute resolution processes. Span of control: 0; individual contributor.Key Accountabilities Regularly participates in the resolution of complex, sensitive, and/or financially significant legal matters and ensures resolution in an efficient mannerResearches legal principles and precedents, including consulting with outside legal counsel - Anticipates significant legal issues in practice area of expertise and develops innovative legal solutions that support business objectivesDrafts and executes legal documents, including gathering relevant information using multiple sources and methodsDevelops legal resolutions with business problems in one or more specialized areas of legal practiceProvides expert guidance and work instructions to other professional, paraprofessional, and staff
