A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to manage provider inquiries and support enrollment processes in a remote setting.



Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls from providers regarding Credentialing Verification Organization and Provider Enrollment inquiries
Document calls by creating a Call Tracking Number and escalate issues to management as necessary
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and provide support to callers in locating information


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
1-2 years of experience in a Contact Center or Call Center environment
Preferred background in healthcare
Experience with call center software such as CxOne or Avaya is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers More...
