The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Reporting - Participate in developing measures and analytical mechanisms to provide snapshots and a real time view to the hiring lifecycle effectiveness and success of Talent Acquisition Team operations relative to company goals
- Participate in creating monthly and quarterly reports of global recruiting metrics and execution as well as prompting team leaders for trends and project updates for key deliverablesProcess Documentation & Improvements
- Document current processes, recruiting tools, technologies, and use cases for the Talent Acquisition Team
- Create and/or update process flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for global Talent Acquisition processes
- Identify and/or recommend improvements or possible system enhancements which streamline our current processes
- Support and improve team efficiency by creating consistencies in our processes and tracking mechanisms that are repeatable and scalableOnboarding Support
- Obtain logins for new hires on the Talent Acquisition Team
- Management of staffing distribution lists and MS Teams add for Talent Acquisition Team new hires
- Assist with coordination of onboarding and training materials for Talent Acquisition Team new hires
- Track candidates through the pre-boarding process: background checks, system updating, be the catalyst for resolving issues that may arise in the processing of new hires and transfers
- Provide recruitment support to recruiters with drafting offer letters and updating the applicant tracking system, approval management, background check status updates and I-9 coordination
- Generate offer letter and packages and appropriately document and manage the post offer, pre-hire process to ensure all necessary actions are taken prior to the new hire start date
- Responsible for administering Pre-Boarding swag items for new hires. Work on a process for managers to send swag to new hires during the pre-start period.Operations
- Provide support with integration plans for acquired companies
- Support the administration operational processes to ensure the best experience for the primary users: candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and other Talent Acquisition partners
- Provide team-wide project support for projects and programs related to operations, which may include developing and writing employee communications, training materials, or other content
- Participates in special projects as needed
- Provide timely and accurate information and updates on team's operational projects
- Track and assess changes to Talent Acquisition process and systems and provide training as neededPreferred Qualifications
- Curiosity about analyzing large amounts of data to build relevant analysis and messaging that supports business decisions

- Exemplify strength in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
- Strong excel skills for working with large data sets including using next-level functions and formulas
- Experience with documenting processes and creating workflows with Visio
- Experience building SharePoint site content and frameworks
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Solid attention to detail, process focused, and strong organization skills
- Able to prioritize varying workload on a consistent basis and adjust focus as appropriate
- Display strength and proficiency in project coordination or managementMinimum Qualifications
