Key Responsibilities

Align with product management to create testbeds and scenarios for AI-based troubleshooting and security capabilities
Serve as a technical expert on cloud networking and AI offerings, acting as a liaison between technical field personnel and product management
Deliver product demonstrations, deployment guidance, and competitive analysis to inform product management on differentiation strategies


Required Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in Network Diagnosis and Troubleshooting in relevant roles
Experience with troubleshooting wireless networking, Edge Ethernet Switching, and cloud networking technologies
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus
Strong analytical skills to influence product strategy and roadmaps
