Responsibilities:

--- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
--- Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
--- Keep client files properly organized and up to date
--- Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
--- Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets
As a Trust and Estate Planning Attorney, you'll play a vital role in helping families and businesses protect what matters most. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

--- Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years
--- Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high
--- Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation
--- 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
