A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to provide support for the learning services team.



Key Responsibilities

Manage LMS administration tasks including content uploads, curriculum creation, and records management
Serve as the initial point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting training course issues
Collaborate with the Senior LMS Administrator on learner issues and support continuous improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in learning, customer service, or human resources
Experience with SuccessFactors-SAP LMS or other LMS systems preferred
GXP experience preferred
Familiarity with ticketing systems/case management preferred
