We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our expanding team and fill an entry-level sales-to-management position. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and progress towards a management position. It will be your responsibility to identify appropriate prospects with the leads provided, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories offered. Additionally, you will play a critical role in maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

• Must have a valid driver's license & your own transportation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Mondays are required office days. You will attend weekly meetings and prep for the upcoming week. Will meet at the Grand Rapids location.
  • Service existing client base while acquiring your own.
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus daily on client management/growth, training, and leadership development.
