Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities of the revenue cycle process and ensure operational flow
Assist in training, setting department standards, and conducting staff meetings
Resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate insurance information, and prepare reports


Required Qualifications

High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Two years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, billing, or insurance services
Experience in a Medicare certified HME or healthcare environment is preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
