RN Case Manager Home Visits, Lakeshore AreaJoin Our Team as an RN Case Manager for Home Visits in beautiful downtown Holland! Atrio Home Care, the partnership of Holland Home and Resthaven, is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager to join our Lakeshore Team.This position will involve providing direct care to clients in the Ottawa and Allegan Counties.
