Day shifts are 12 hours 8a-8p-Starting wage for LPN's is $34.00/hour and for RN's wage $42.00/hour-WEEKLY Pay. We currently have part-time to full-time shifts available. Responsibilities Take and record Vital signs Monitor patient's condition and report changes/concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family members Provide Activities of Daily Living care as outlined in the Care Plan-bathing, dressing, feeding, etc. with the assistance of a HHA/CNA Administer prescribed medications including injections, enemas/suppositories, etc as ordered by Physician Feeding tube care Trach and Vent care Nephrostomy care Provide emotional and psychological support when needed Understands First Aid and Emergency Care protocols Complete electronic documentation while on shift Skills 1 year experience as a nurse Familiarity with home health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures Understanding of nursing best practices Understanding of Confidentiality and Privacy Laws Ability to learn electronic verification charting software Ability to turn and reposition patients with the assistance of a CNA Trach/Vent care is a MUST Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and able to handle tough situations as needed Successful completion of LPN or RN license program is a mustJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diemPay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 - 36 per weekBenefits: Flexible scheduleMedical Specialty: Home Health
