Care Plus TLC is searching for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses to join our team! This position is for you if you have a valid LPN/RN license in the state of Michigan, live in the Big Rapids or surrounding area, and are looking to pick up day or evening shifts! Starting wage for LPN's is $34.00/hour and for RN's wage $42.00/hour-WEEKLY Pay. We currently have part-time to full-time shifts available. Responsibilities Take and record Vital signs including fluid intake and output Monitor patient's condition and report changes/concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family members Provide Activities of Daily Living care as outlined in the Care Plan-bathing, dressing, feeding, etc. Administer prescribed medications including injections, enemas/suppositories, etc as ordered by Physician Feeding tube Trach and Vent care Catheter care Provide emotional and psychological support when needed Understands First Aid and Emergency Care protocols Complete electronic documentation while on shift Skills 1 year experience as a nurse Familiarity with home health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures Understanding of nursing best practices Understanding of Confidentiality and Privacy Laws Ability to learn electronic verification charting software Ability to turn and reposition patients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and able to handle tough situations as needed Successful completion of LPN or RN license program is a mustJob Type: Part-timePay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 - 30 per weekBenefits: Flexible scheduleMedical Specialty: Home Health
