Key Responsibilities

Evaluate clients' coders' work by performing concurrent or retrospective reviews of code assignments
Develop and deliver educational content related to audit findings to clients
Conduct audits and prepare summary reports of findings, ensuring compliance with coding standards


Required Qualifications

Recognized credential from AHIMA or AAPC
5+ years of experience in coding and/or auditing in an acute care facility or clinic
Experience with telecommuting and electronic medical record systems
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
