Key Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the regional Benefits Operations team
Act as a subject matter expert on Benefits-related topics for team members and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Hands-on people management experience with a focus on team development
Progressive HR Operations experience across multiple countries, specifically in Benefits plans for the US, Canada, and LATAM
