Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and management to the Analytics team
Assess and prioritize data needs, overseeing the implementation of data strategies
Lead the development of reports that provide insights into organizational performance and program effectiveness


Required Qualifications

Five years of experience in data analytics, project management, and healthcare
Three years of supervisory experience
Experience with electronic medical records, claims processing, and business intelligence systems preferred
Bachelor's degree in Science with an emphasis in public health, mathematics, computer science, information management, or statistics; Master's degree preferred
