Key Responsibilities

Develops and communicates a long-term strategy for the proposal management process
Collaborates with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure support throughout the sales cycle
Manages team composition and workload, providing coaching and oversight for team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a related discipline
7+ years of proposal management and content management experience
Prior experience leading and mentoring a team of Proposal Writers
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and RFPIO
