As Vice President, Brand Experience and Strategic Partnerships, you'll lead the development, execution and optimization of the company's brand experience and strategic partnerships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing initiatives, manage brand experience, activate partnerships and ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.About the Role - Develop and implement strategic plans for Brand Experiences and Strategic Partnerships (BESP) aligned with business objectives
- Manage external BESP agency partner(s) aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives to develop strategies and approach
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand experience initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships, using data-driven insights to refine strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure brand and partnership strategies are aligned with company-wide objectives
- Oversee and lead allocated resources ensuring efficient spending and optimal return on investment
- Lead the creation and execution of the brand experience and strategic partnership strategies across all platforms and touchpoints
- Manage and enhance established sponsorship opportunities
- Identify new partnerships and brand experience opportunities and negotiate strategic alliances to create mutually beneficial relationships that support business growth
- Develop and grow trust-based relationships with agency and partnership core leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute fully integrated communication and execution plans
- Ensure creative outputs align with the company's brand idea
- Cultivate a network of trust and transparency to empower cross-functional collaborations and navigate challenges seamlessly
- Guide and mentor a high-performing team to drive the successful execution of brand and partnership programsAbout YouMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing or strategic partnerships
- 8 years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams across multiple departments
- Proven success in developing and executing brand and partnership strategies that drive business growth
- Strong marketing and analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication, relationship, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Expertise thinking strategically, problem-solving and making complex decisions
- Experience in business to consumer (B2C), business to business (B2B) marketing, preferably in a technology-driven industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirementsPreferred Qualifications
