About this role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who works independently, supports the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects, facilitates project tasks with various functional organizations, forecast project revenues, tracks progress, identifies project problems, and recommends resolutions. Key Responsibilities - Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and re-estimating costs of installation projects.
- Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of the scope
- Coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues
- Manage customer and subcontractor relationships; effective in identifying issues, and capable of implementing corrective action plans to remedy any issues.
Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years' of commercial project management experience
- 3+ years' experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation
- 2+ years' MS Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and OneDrive
