Adecco Finance and Accounting has partnered with a Livonia manufacturing company in need of a full charge bookkeeper as soon as possible!



Candidates duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



Responsible for managing all aspects of full cycle accounting which include GL/AR and AP.

Operates various computer programs to record and analyze information.

Prepare bank deposits ensuring the general ledger accounts are debited or credited accordingly.

Prepare monthly/quarterly tax returns.

Reconcile monthly bank statements and monitor cash flow

Code and enter expense invoices.

Process all aspects of payroll, ADP system.



Education/Experience

Min 3 years previous experience with ADP

Associates Degree/Certified Bookkeeper
