Group/Division The Legal Compliance Organization (LCO) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA and second headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI provides legal guidance to further KLA's strategic objectives and protect and preserve the legal, ethical and financial integrity and reputation of the Company. With specific expertise in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and intellectual property; the LCO offers strategic legal counsel that is informed by a clear understanding of the company's business objectives and expertise in the laws and regulations relevant to the business worldwide.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThe Employee Relations Specialist will be a member of KLA's Legal & Compliance Organization (LCO), reporting to the Global Employment Law Team and partnering closely with the Corporate Investigations Team and Human Resources. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and fun legal team at a growing and successful public company.Primary Responsibilities - Administer HR case management platforms, ensuring accurate and confidential records.
- Liaison between Employment Law, Corporate Investigations, and HR for disciplinary actions.
- Respond to personnel records requests and subpoenas; provide litigation support.
- Guide management and HR on employee relations issues, ensuring policy and legal compliance.
- Resolve complex employee relations matters (leave, disability, performance, conflicts).
- Support Global Employment Law Team with goals, projects, and administrative tasks. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Navex, EthicsPoint, WorkDay, and case management.
- Experience in large, global, or matrixed organizations.
- Developing and delivering employee relations and compliance policies/training.
- Knowledge of APAC/EMEA employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in conducting investigations and interviews.Minimum Qualifications
