This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications We are seeking an IT Business Operations Coordinator to help us improve process standards and identify weaknesses or inefficiencies within the IT contracts management space. This person will be a key member of the KLA Global IT Financials team, responsible for IT contracts management, licenses, and other purchases. This role requires close communication with the CIO, CISO, CIO leadership team (service owners), procurement team, vendors, and functional business leaders. Responsibilities: - Lead and maintain IT Contracts renewal
- Handle new IT purchases (HW/SW/Others)
- Help drive procurement standard methodologies across global IT
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT category and sub-category strategies
- Handle IT cost savings, return on investment, critical metrics
- Provide monthly and quarterly management report based on analytics
- Follows standard purchasing business policies and processes, along with SOWs, while reviewing purchase orders for compliance
- Collect, analyze, and present data using strong and effective analytics abilities
- Translate business issues and operational issues into functional plans
- Lead Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics), and Statements of Work (SOWs) Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with preferred concentration in Operations or Supply Chain Management
- Five (5) years of experience in a procurement environment, especially indirect, with a focus on Information Technology (IT) category management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- This is a Hybrid Role based at our Midwest Headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI Preferred Qualifications
