• Identify outgoing product per customer order. > > Assessment indicator : Metrics / RMA
  • Build packaging materials (such as pallets, crates, protective covers) to match material and shipping requirements of customer. > > Assessment indicator : Scrap / RMA
    • Load trucks or containers per schedule and special shipping requirements. > > Assessment indicator : Metrics
      • Update all required reports and data systems. > > Assessment indicator : Metrics
        • Unload incoming materials - move to staging area for inspection. Notify logistics/inspection. > > Assessment indicator : Metrics / Receiving Report
          • Move from staging area to storage area or designated production area. > > Assessment indicator : Scrap
