Form meaningful relationships with residents and their families/support systems. - Live the through your daily work Job Summary Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care in the skilled nursing facility while working with a team of care providers to ensure quality care, while providing a safe and dignified environment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Previous experience in Long Term Care is helpful. Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required. Work Schedule Day/Night Shifts: 7:00am-7:30pm and 7:00pm-7:30am; 48 hours every 2 weeks Every third weekend Every third holiday Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
