Responsibilities:
--- Measure and cut insulation materials according to project specifications and requirements
--- Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, in various areas such as walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces
--- Seal air leaks and gaps to ensure the maximum effectiveness of insulation
--- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, including spray guns, staple guns, and power drills, to install insulation materials
--- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment
--- Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of insulation projects
--- Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each project
--- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that insulation installation meets industry standards and project specifications
--- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions related to insulation installation
--- Work closely with experienced insulation installers to measure, cut, and prepare insulation materials

Qualifications:
--- US Work Authorization
--- 18 years or older
--- Physical ability to lift, carry, and walk across uneven surfaces
--- Good stamina to work up to 10 hours per day

--- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
--- Capacity to follow instructions and adapt to changing project requirements
