The program director also plays a pivotal role in special events, daily inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. Post-camp, the program director assists with closing duties, staff debriefing, camper evaluations, and Paddle Post collection. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills to support a safe, fun, and memorable camp experience.
