REACT JS TECHNICAL LEAD - Minneapolis Minnesota

Akkodis is seeking a React JS Technical Lead for a Contract job with a client in Minneapolis, MN/ Dallas, TX . You will be responsible for developing web applications for Online Banking and Money Movement, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. Additionally, you'll collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and create comprehensive design documents.
Rate Range: $54/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
React JS Technical Lead job responsibilities include:
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable and maintainable web applications using React.js, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, improve code quality, and promote best practices among team members.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, prioritize tasks, and manage sprints effectively in an Agile environment.
- Oversee the integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring smooth data flow and application performance.
- Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve user experience and application efficiency. Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on React.js and front-end technologies.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing project lifecycles.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $57.00 per hour
