ELM HOMES is seeking self-motivated, compassionate, fun loving individuals to serve individuals with developmental disabilities and assist with activities of daily living in the Waseca Area.All positions include every other weekend, Full-time and Part-time.Candidates should:

• Must be 18 years or older
  
• Be able to drive company vehicles/have valid drivers license
  
• Have a clear background check/MVR
  
• Be able to lift minimal 30 pounds
