This position is primarily dedicated to analyzing data and making decisions for appropriate subscription management in a customer focused environment. The Sales Order Specialist will ensure all information is inputted accurately and timely using the current processes and systems.<br>&nbsp;<br>Education: <br>&bull; Four-year college degree is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant experience. <br>Experience: <br>&bull; 4+ years working in a customer service or data processing environment, preferably in a dedicated support role. <br>&bull; Previous experience with SAP is preferred. <br>&nbsp;<br>Knowledge and Skills: <br>&bull; Advanced verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers. <br>&bull; Professional attitude and strong service orientation. <br>&bull; Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. <br>&bull; Effective analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment and recognize the impact to the business and customer. <br>&bull; Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills. <br>&bull; Working knowledge of computer systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft office products.
