Responsibilities:
--- Actively seek out and cultivate potential leads
--- Conduct consultations with both prospective and current clients to provide personalized insurance solutions
--- Efficiently manage the renewal process for policies to ensure seamless transitions for clients
--- Thoroughly analyze and explain various coverage options to clients, addressing their individual needs
--- Oversee the claims process, including conducting necessary visits to assess and expedite claims
--- Maintain precise records of clients and business transactions to ensure accuracy and organization
--- Collaborate effectively with underwriting teams to streamline insurance processes
--- Implement diverse marketing strategies such as social media, postcards, and phone outreach to reach a wider audience

Qualifications:
