A reputable and long-standing roofing contractor is looking for a new Branch Manager. - The ideal candidate will have a passion for commercial roofing, team building mentality, and top-level work ethic. -Responsibilities: - Create strategic plan to maximize Branch revenue and output, while matching company's core values
- Implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company
- Oversee company operations to ensure safety, quality, production efficiency, Cost-effective management of resources to ensure quality service
- Enforce company operational standards, policies, and procedures
- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
- Evaluate the performance of managers and other staff for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives
- Meet regularly with the owner to review the operations and performance of the branch
- Interface with clients, negotiate contracts, and provide business development
- Provide servant leadership and commitment to the growth and development of our associates
- Hire and train sales and production staff
- Guide negotiations and closing contracts with sales staff
- Supervise production schedule, and production quality
- Create relationships with vendors, customers, and community at largePosition Requires
- 5-10 years in Commercial Roofing/construction, business operations management experience
- Ability to communicate and negotiate in challenging situations
- Strong skills in relationship building, presentation, and problem-solving
- Professional written and verbal communication with both internal and external clients
- Prepare and present monthly KPI to ensure goals are being achieved
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or problems
- Must be detailed oriented and ability to establish priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to manage and motivate others
