Your positive, professional, roll-up-your-sleeves-to-help attitude contributes to our winning culture and makes sure we leave a lasting impression.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the advanced analytics and analytic technologies that will serve to enable customer data management, marketing analytics, go-to-market audience development and marketing performance measurement. Combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions, optimize go-to-market actions and drive business performance. Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics roadmap to support the go-to-market strategies across multiple customer pathways (Omni-Channel Retail, Direct B2B, Manufacturing and Wholesale). Lead the development and optimization of marketing audiences using advanced segmentation, modeling and targeting methodologies to be used across marketing channels. Maintain and advance the frameworks for measuring marketing effectiveness, including campaign performance, pricing, promotional and ROI analysis. Oversee the design and maintenance of dashboards, reporting systems, and data visualization tools for marketing performance. Work with Senior Leadership to design and oversee advanced analytical solutions including predictive modeling, performance tracking, and forecasting. Lead cross-functional collaboration by partnering with marketing, merchandising and operations teams to align analytics initiatives to organizational goals. Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.What you will bring to the table: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Analytics, with 4+ in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of leveraging advanced analytics to inform go-to-market strategies and tactics that drive business growth.
- Expertise in Advanced analytics techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, marketing audience modeling and implementation, demand forecasting and pricing optimization.
- Experience in Retail Tools and Equipment industry preferred but not required.
