This role provides hands on care and support services for our Care Center long term care unit residents and young adult-geriatric Transitional care unit patients.This patient support schedule includes;Casual / on callDay, evening, overnight shiftMust pick up three shifts a month; one being a weekend shiftLake City Care Center is nestled near the picturesque Lake Pepin in southeast Minnesota.
