• AutonomyJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our corporate finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing month-end close processes, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and working with our ERP system to ensure accurate and timely financial data.Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Work extensively with our ERP system to maintain financial records, perform reconciliations, and support system improvements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial data and provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Public accounting experience a plus
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on month-end close and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in working with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Prefer experience with Power BI, Hyperion, Tableau, etc.. but not required
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
