Key Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for public safety interactions
Perform ongoing PSAP data collection and maintain accurate records
Assist with data reconciliations and corrections in the systems


Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
