Key Responsibilities

Draft corporate resolutions related to entity compliance matters
Liaise with foreign outside counsel and third-party vendors regarding compliance matters
Prepare board and shareholder meeting materials and manage virtual data rooms for strategic projects



Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate environment
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience with entity compliance and public company executives preferred
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive legal matters
