We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Hibbing, MN.Job Title: Staff Physical TherapistLocation: Guardian Angels LTC and Outpatient, Recover Health and Aveanna Home Health, Chisholm Heritage ManorPosition type: Full-time, benefited, 0.8-1.0 FTEHours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.Settings: This position will primarily treat patients in SNF/LTC, but other settings include outpatient and home health.About our Team:Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around.
