Role: L3 Support - Senior Analyst



Role Description: The L3 Support - Senior Analyst would need to have at least 3 years of experience. This Candidate will be responsible for L3 support of supporting applications of the SAP solution.



Applications include Adobe Document Services, BigIP F5 Load Balancer, Sabrix, VPSX Output Management System, HP ALM, Citrix, etc.



Most applications are hosted on Windows servers, are Java based, and utilize either IIS or Apache Tomcat for web application servers.



Required Skills:



- Java Administration (not developer), SQL Developer, IIS/Apache Tomcat Administration, Windows Administration, Technology Architecture, and Project Planning.



Education: Bachelor?s Degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years
