Responsibilities Works with the Clinical Director to help oversee delivery of consumer support services for an assigned location - Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resources and reimbursement models
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities
- Provides services that promote consumer choice and facilitates independence
- Supervises assigned staff
- Crisis Assessment and medical/behavioral emergency
- Conducts variety of assessments such as suicidal, Vestibular Assessment, immediate needs, functional, living skills, and resource acquisitions
- Complete Interpretative summaries
- Develops crisis/treatment/behavioral plans and goals for clients
- Writes Progress notes, summaries, and discharges
- Group and Individual Counseling services
- Skills Teaching
- Case Management
- Household management
- Implements the treatment/rehabilitative activities and strategies
- Crisis Prevention
- Medication Administration
- Reports significant / major incidents or accidents
- Cooperates in external / internal investigations as requested.
- Establishes high levels of mutual trust and support with others
- Provides coaching/learning environment
- Identifies successes and areas for improvement for employees.
- Expresses positive expectations of others, even in difficult situations
- Delegates tasks or responsibilities for the purpose of developing other's abilities
