We have an opening for an experienced, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representative. This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we're known for. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls and follow up on voicemailsPromote products, services, and maintenance plansSchedule service, maintenance, and sales appointmentsMake outbound callsMonitor and reply to customer emailsDocument customer concerns and resolutionAssist with customer mailings and related projectsOther duties as assignedScheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday morningsHigh personal integrity and desire to serve othersHigh school diploma/GED required (college experience or degree a plus)2+ years of customer service or call center experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsDependable, patient, and compassionate personalitySelf-motivated with strong organizational abilityStrong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and OutlookMulti-lingual ability (preferred, not required) Standard Heating has been serving the Twin Cities community for over 95 years.
