RVO Health is looking for a Director of Product Management to advance our existing data platform and data products. You'll be responsible for developing a product vision and strategy that delivers a differentiated value proposition and works as a key driver of customer engagement, retention, and business growth. Sitting within the Technology organization, you'll lead a small team and deliver products that empower consumers to navigate confidently and optimize their health and wellness experience.RVO is the world's largest and fastest-growing digital health platform, with 1,400+ employees. • Product Development: Lead product development, collaborating and inspiring cross-functional teams that design, engineering, marketing, and content professionals.
• Product Strategy: Develop and execute the strategic growth roadmap for our data platform and data products.
• Product Research: Conduct user research and competitive landscape analyses to inform product vision, strategies and roadmaps.
• Set the standards: Define detailed, data-driven requirements and user stories; work directly with Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to execute on the Product roadmap and bring your ideas to life.
• Align stakeholders: Set the product vision and roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with business and delivery teams to ship high-quality experiences.What We're Looking For
  • At least 8 years of experience in product development, product management or related field.
  • Passionate about data and data platforms with an eye on AI/ML technologies and approaches.
  • Working knowledge of data and analytics systems/platforms.
  • Experience in conducting and applying qual and quant user research to find product/market fit.
  • You think out of the box to solve complex problems. You make more hypotheses than assumptions and test cheaply to prove or disprove the hypotheses.
  • You want to build new products and experiences, not just maintain them.
  • Experience with common product development tools and concepts (i.e., wire framing, prototyping, A/B testing and agile development methods).
  • You have great communication skills and are able to sell your position to all levels of stakeholders.
  • You want to be accountable for the customer and the business.
  • Bonus: Startup experience or experience in the health and wellness space.Compensation and Benefits
    • Starting Salary: $146,250 - $195,000**Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience.
