JOB DESCRIPTIONLocation: Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN)Duration: 3 months (Possibility for an extension)Our client, a leading financial institution in Minneapolis, MN is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee various business workstreams of integration work.Must-Have Skills:

• U.S. Wealth Management business experience is a MUST
• 8+ years of experience in financial services as a Project Manager / Program Management
• Ability to apply Bank's Program Management Framework
• Demonstrated / strong consultative experience leading program team members through ambiguity
• Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile, waterfall and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.
• Advanced project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies; cost/benefit analysis and alternatives identification; budgeting, financials, and benefits management.
• Demonstrated / strong written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management background.
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience delivering multi-year, complex, confidential, and sensitive programs.
• Experience leading programs with high level of value (benefit/cost), and a high level of complexity and uncertainty.
• Familiar with best practices for Risk System development
• Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred
• PMP and/or PgMP certification or equivalent-preferredNice-To-Have Skills:
  • U.S. Private Banking experienceSoft Skills Required:
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build positive relationships with others while also being able to influence others for the best outcomesEducation:
