We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 21-year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

- Case is located Maplewood, MN
- 21 yr. old male
- Trach/Vent
- Pets in the home (2 cats and 1 dog)
- Week 1: Mon, Tues - 7am - 5pm, Wed 7am - 7pm and Fri 7am - 7pm Week 2: Mon 7am - 5pm, Tues - Fri 7am - 7pm No weekends at this time.

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients' treatment plan
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
