Directly leading all store employees, including inventory personnel, store support, and sales stylists with the support of the Store Manager. Leading staff to achieve sales, service, and customer satisfaction goals through training, employee development, and communication. Managing staff performance and development, including providing feedback and handling corrective actions as needed. Assisting with scheduling, hiring, and onboarding processes for new team members. Overseeing store operations, including shipping and receiving, opening and closing procedures, alterations, special orders, supplies, merchandising, and cleanliness standards. Organizing and managing inventory to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.You'll thrive in this position if you have... 1+ year(s) of retail management experience. Experience with retail operations, planning, sales, and merchandising. Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team while delivering an elevated customer experience. Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
