Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service for guests in an inbound and outbound call center
Build professional relationships with guests, travel agents, and partners to optimize customer experience
Educate guests on product offerings and process customer requests accurately and efficiently


Required Qualifications

Ability to work scheduled shifts, including flexibility for overtime and weekends
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of CRM management and Microsoft Office
