At MONO, Account Management brings business acumen and insight to the team and work, and is a strategic partner providing thought leadership and perspectives to the client and team.QualificationsA proven track record of helping clients achieve meaningful results, leading teams to the best possible work, and fostering connected and engaged integrated teams is critical. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience and has preferably already held an Account Director title. Experience working on a national retail brand is preferred. Travel is required.This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We work onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Work From MONO (WFM) days for the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration.
