Hiring ASAP, apply TODAY.____________________Position Purpose Responsible for entering customer orders, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves accurately entering orders, customer requests, and resolving issues that arise during the order process. Serve as primary liaison between our customers and The Lindgren Group. This involves working directly with all internal departments to ensure customers non-production needs and requests are handled in a timely and professional mannerWhat are we looking for? Attendance is CRITICAL to our success and need people that are committed to being at work, as scheduled.DUTIES:Uphold company policies and proceduresSupport outside sales representatives with pertinent information regarding activity in their assigned sales areas. Service requirements, quality issues, new opportunities, complaints, etc.Support inside customer service and production functions with any unique or special handling or shipping requirements from outside customersResponsible for understanding and being able to back up the timely and accurate billing of products and or services, provided the company. May help prepare and mail sales invoices daily, reconcile sales orders with sales invoices to ensure all completed orders are billed on a weekly basis.Research credits - pull paperwork and work with internal departments for best resolutionCross train as back up for customer service personnel in order entry, shipping, quoting, and expeditingInside sales with direct account responsibility for management of customers/accounts, including site visits and account reviews as needed with the approval of the VP of Sales and MarketingConduct contract review when requiredConduct price review when requiredEnters customer purchase order information into computer system to create production paperwork for processing orders.Ensures concise and accurate translation of finishing specs and instructions are transferred from purchase orders to production paperwork. It may be necessary to involves sales, quality, or calling the customer directly if relevant information is missing.Matches purchase orders with paperwork from completed jobs to assist proper billingOther duties and responsibilities as assignedSKILLS REQUIRED (Skills that re most desired):High School diploma or GED; Associates degree or technical certification in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in the plating field or similar experience preferredCEF/NASF certification preferredPlating experience helpfulAbility to maintain a regular and reliable attendance recordFluently read, write, speak, and understand the English languageMust be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the USMust be able to read a ruler/tape measure and analog clockExcellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.Ability to follow written instructions and accurately complete paperworkStrong math skills (basic and geometry)Previous experience and working knowledge of quality systems processes and procedures required (ISO and Nadcap)Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situation; Whatever it takes mentality with a strong desire to satisfy the customerGood organizational skills and the ability to give clear instructionsWorking knowledge of our plating process characteristics and limitationsAbility to manage multiple jobs at the same timeAbility to work independently without supervisionWE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH & ADVANCEMENT!
