We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-Time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 15-year-old female in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

- Case is located in Bloomington, MN
- 15 yr. old Female
- CP
- Epilepsy
- Hydrocephaly with VP
- ShuntAcure/Chronic Respiratory Failure
- BiPap Overnight and during naps
- Vest tx
- GT Dependent
- Week 1: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Week 2: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
- 1 dog (emotional support/service)

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients' treatment plan
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
