Premium Waters Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Production Operator/Maintenance Associate to join our team in Willmar, MN . Monday- Friday schedule, 40 hours per week. This is a crucial role to company success by effectively managing customer needs and expectations. You will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, including the operation of forklift in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring package and product quality.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience with prior knowledge of GMP's, sanitation standards and FDA requirements preferred
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairing of equipment, including maintenance when needed
  • Computer knowledge and forklift experience
  • Great customer service with the ability to lift, bend, stand, reach and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds repetitively
