    Job Requirements
    • MN RN License
    • Minimum 1 year acute care experience, preferably in critical care
    • Preference for critical care experience within the past 3 years
    • 1 travel assignment preferred
      Schedule Information
      • Contract Length: 13 weeks
      • Start Date: ASAP
      • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 or 48 hours
      • Shift Requirements: 12 hr Variables Day and Night - week rotation
      • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: 2 weekends out of 4 week schedule. Every other holiday
        Unit Specific Information
        • Identifies patient condition; records and communicates deviations from normal
        • Initiates discharge planning
        • Oversees care of the stroke and/or cardiac patient, ensuring Core Measures are in place unless contraindicated
        • Participates in purposeful nursing rounds according to patient need, incorporating the 7 Ps of rounding
        • Recognizes and reports abnormal diagnostic data
          Additional Details
          • Critical Care Float Pool RN
          • Float requirements: will float between critical care units and possibly lower acuity units based on census and need
          • Charting Experience: Meditech Preferred
          • Unit Information: Float pool requirement from Critical Care, Cardiac ICU and IMC units
